Tires & Wheels Direct accepts most customer returns within 30 days of delivery of the products according to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact Customer Service at Sales@tireswheelsdirect.com or contact us by phone at (855) 903-1836 for a Return Authorization Number.

A restocking fee of 15% and a credit card fee of 3% will be applicable for refunds. Please note that the credit card processor charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: Items without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number will be not accepted for exchange or credit.

Before calling for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number please note the following terms and conditions:

Special Orders or Customized Items
Special order items or customized items are not returnable.

Freight & Shipping
Orders shipped via FedEx are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
If the product returned is due to a Tires & Wheels Direct error, Tires & Wheels Direct will assume any return freight costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return freight costs.

Credit Terms
Credit for returned items will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used on the order.
Wheels
We will credit the retail price less all applicable freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have tires mounted; Please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires. A restocking fee of 25% per item will be charged to the returned product.
Tires 
We will credit retail sales prices less all applicable freight charges incurred. A restocking fee of 25% per item will be charged for the returned product.
Wheel & Tire Package
We will credit retail sales prices less $100.00 labor charge for dismount and less all applicable freight charges incurred.
Return Shipments
Please follow the return checklist below to ensure that no shipping damage will occur on returned product shipments.
Shipping And Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived damaged or incorrect item, please contact the customer service department at Sales@tireswheelsdirect.com or call (855) 903-1836. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment for replacement or exchange. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to tireswheelsdirect.com.
Return Shipment Packing Check List
In order to prevent shipping damage on returned products, please follow the instruction below when returning your product to tireswheelsdirect.com.

Wheels

Contact the customer service department at Sales@tireswheelsdirect.com or call  (855) 903-1836 for a Return Authorization (RMA)Number and packaging instructions. You might also receive a FedEx Call Tag via email to print and affix to your return items. If it is possible, please use the original packaging for the product return. The original package should be completely intact. Please review the additional wheel packaging instruction below.

Each wheel should be clearly labeled with your return address and tireswheelsdirect.com’s return address.

A copy of the packing slip with the Returns Material Authorization (RMA) Number should be taped securely on each wheel or box, along with FedEx Call Tag.

Additional Wheel Packaging Instructions

  • Return The wheel installation kit and additional hardware. Secure hub-centric ring in a bag beneath the wheel. Secure the triangular wheel installation in the corner of the same wheel box or return is a separate box.
  • If the wheel has a center cap, please secure in to the wheel or in separate package, tape securely.
  • Place foam sheet over face of the wheel to protect wheel from cardboard Chafing.
  • If a wheel packing ring is presented (Cardboard, Styrofoam, Plastic), placed over foam sheet around the wheel(Rim).
  • Wheel must be double-boxed ( 2 boxes), secured and well-protected. Any Styrofoam packing received with shipment must be reused same way. Please call for new packing material if needed.
  • If two wheels are in one box, place good protective cardboard between the wheels.
  • Removed any staples that could scratch the wheel.
  • Boxes must be undamaged and all flaps should be secured.
  • Obtain a Return Material Number (RMA#) from our customer service department.
  • Write the RMA# on outside of each outer box.
  • Attach clearly addressed shipping labels and/or FedEx Call Tag(s) to each package.
  • Place copy of the RMA in the box.
  • Secure tape each box.
  • Insure the package(s) with the shipper.

Tires

The original package should be completely intact. ( If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape or band them together.) Please review the additional wheel packaging instruction below. Each tire should be clearly labeled with your return address and tireswheelsdirect.com’s return address. A copy of the packing slip with the Returns Material Authorization (RMA) Number should be taped securely on each tire or box, along with FedEx Call Tag.

Additional Wheel & Tire Combination Packaging Instructions

  • Removed lug nuts or bolts and discard. Loose hardware in the package can damage the wheel.
  • If center cap are on the wheel, secure with TAPE. A loose cap can irreparably damage a wheel’s finish during shipping. Secure the center cap onto the wheel with tape. Ensure that any spoke inserts or other loose parts are carefully package to avoid possible damage to the wheel in transit.
  • Place one(1) FOAM SHEET on the face of the wheels and layer all CARDBOARD ROUNDS as illustrate below. Wrap them tightly with TAPE, a minimum of six(6) times Crisscross tape in a similar way to original banding material.
  • Attach clearly addressed shipping labels and/or FedEx Call Tag(s) to each package.
  • Obtain a Return Material Number (RMA#) from our customer service department.
  • Write the RMA# on outside on EVERY package.
